* At the start of the book the author lays out the postitional ideas and strategies of this opening. Also the themes of combinative attackes from typical positional taht can result from the opening are described with examples from games.
* All major variations of the Dragon are elaborated with examples from games.
* 5 stars because this is not just a whole bunch of variations to memorize but explainations based on strategic ideas along with practical example narrated with passion.
* Great book for some one who wants to start playing the Dragon as well as for experienced Dragon players.
