5.0 out of 5 stars Learn to finish off your opponents!, 7 April 2002
By A Customer
"Chess is above all a fight" - Emanuel Lasker.

And Colin Crouch shows how to take the fight to the opponent. The back of this book spells out exactly what Crouch is going to teach:
"Learn to finish off your opponents!"
" Exploit your opponent's weaknesses
Force home your advantage
Launch standard attacks
Handle desperate attacks
Know when and how to exchange off into a winning endgame".
At 8 chapters and with only 105 pages this might seem like a lightweight but believe me it punches well above its weight. Clear, intense and ruthless the information, advice and examples in this book are such that if followed must inevitably lead to totally merciless attack. Only get this book if you really want to win.
