This is the most delicious food I have ever eaten and it is low fat and low calorie to boot. The Christmas Pudding in this book, saved my Christmas it is absolutely unbelievable as a low fat dish. I feed this food to my husband and family and they all think it is delicious. I recommend this book to everyone. Thankyou Rosemary for this wonderful way of eating.

This has to be the best low fat cook book that i've every come across. Not only are the recipes easy to follow but they taste wonderful to. A real must for anybody wanting to eat low fat.

As a 'naughty' food lover, I had great difficulty in accepting that I needed to diet and transform my eating habits to make myself happier. This book was a starting point for me. I was so impressed that I joined Rosemary Conley's diet & fitness club to try and lose that stone that causes me so much grief. Well done to Rosemary on this! She knows her stuff and is obviously dedicated to the cause. The meals are delicious and even my partner enjoys them. Definitely a worthwhile purchase!
