Not just a very comprehensive look at the vast array of therapies now available, this book is also most entertaining. It provides a highly informative and professional review, but also offers a personal and interesting guide. Much more than a reference book, so well written, but accessable, it is like having a very well informed chat with a friend. I also appreciated the clarity of descriptions and the comments of people who have had personal experiences they are willing to share. I found the inclusion of the authors' own story very pertinent,and makes her journey, her research and the resulting book, so worthwhile. For both personal and professional reasons,I am sure this is a book that I will refer to often.
