5.0 out of 5 stars An informative and easy to read path to better health, 8 Aug 2000
By David Snowdon (London, England) - See all my reviews
(REAL NAME)
An excellent book! Both informative and fun to read, Feel good food provides a path to get in touch with your body and find out what works for you irrespective of the conflicting advice from the many people who make a living from telling us what to eat. The authors walk their talk and speak from personal experience in a style that is clear and easily accessible. The book covers everything you need to know from how to decide what to eat, what sort of changes you can expext through to dealing with friends and family when you change your diet. Although not a recipe book, Feel good food" provides some mouthwatering dishs to get you started on the road to intuitively healthy eating.

5.0 out of 5 stars a great book to start eating healthier, 8 Aug 2000
By Carol Mason (Forest of Dean, United Kingdom) - See all my reviews
There are so many books which tell you what you should eat and what you should not. This book is refreshing in that it allows YOU the eater to determine what is right for you. Eating RAW is a journey but you can decide where to go and at what speed. This books gently helps you to try raw food path and shows you that your intuition will lead you along it. This book is a good friend that you will want to take with you.

5.0 out of 5 stars If you want to enhance your life, start by reading this book, 28 May 2000
By A Customer
If you think that everyday environmental pollution ruins your body, can you imagine what the "food" you eat does to you? Backed up by scientific evidence, this book discusses the issues concerning standard Western diet - how it affects your body and mind. Feel Good Food offers a genuine approach to living your life in a better way simply by listening to your body when making food choices. If there's any facet your life that you're not 100% happy with, then practicing the philosophies outlined in Feel Good Food will enable you to drastically enhance your life. The information in Feel Good Food will put you on a more natural path in your life, and once you're living more naturally - you start to live much more happily. Eating this way worked wonders for me!
