5.0 out of 5 stars Jan Marsh rules !, 8 Mar 2002
Before this book, the women of Pre-Raphaelite Art were two dimensional pretty faces, but Jan Marsh has enabled us to see these women as living, breathing contemporaries, with broken marriages, drug addiction and financial problems. She's the reason I'm an art historian and this is my favourite and most used book.
