With so much groundswell of interest among pregnant women in using Complementary Therapies throughout pregnancy and birth, it is essential that maternity practitioners, both medical and non-medical and those who support pregnant women as therapists develop a thorough and safe understanding of the use of Complementary therapies. Tiran and Mack offers an easy to read and understand and yet comprehensive and detailed guide to Complementary Therapies in Pregnancy and Childbirth. This book is highly recommended as a starting point for anyone interested in this area with both writers having undertaking further writing for those who wish to delve deeper still.
A must for those interested in CTs in pregnancy.
