5.0 out of 5 stars Powerful promotion!, 10 Nov 2007

Over the course of this book, Getliffe puts across an extremely persuasive argument. To be honest, she was preaching to the converted though- personally I have been in favour of continence for many years. The real test will come against my teenager Horace, who not only wets the bed every night but who is also quite unrepentant about doing so.

5.0 out of 5 stars An excellent resourse for all nurses., 13 Sep 2001
By A Customer
This comprehensive text is an excellent yet easy to read work. There is a strong focus on the promotion of continence & measurement of outcomes. The authors have used case studies throughout to demonstrate major points. Diagrams used are of a very high quality. There are some excellent examples of forms included in the text that could be used to guide nurses to develop their own forms. This book covers all aspects of continence in detail and would be a useful resource on any wards bookshelf.
