About the Author
Enrico Bruschini was named Official Guide of Rome in 1989 and art historian of the American Embassy in Rome in 1984. He was appointed Fine Art Curator there until his retirement in 1998. He has written for numerous publications on the art of Rome and has lectured extensively for various universities and cultural organisations.
