Although some of the american style is a little sickly in places this book gets right down to the fundamentals of rewarding the behaviour you desire from your children. There are three basic concepts that can easily be adapted to the 'real' world, even in a cynical society such as is found in the UK. For the price of a couple of beers this is an excellent investment if you really want to make a difference as a parent.
