This is an excellent book which helps guide you through the journey on how to decide if you want to have a nanny in the first place, all the way through selection, interviewing, employing and finally how to keep a good nanny happy in your employment once found. We have used the book at each stage so far and have found it extremely helpful. We are hoping that now we have employed our nanny that we have many years of a happy relationship with her and that the book will help us to make it successful. We particularly like the picture of a nanny on the front cover.
