THIS BOOK IS HARD TO PUT DOWN BECAUSE YOU ARE TOO EXCITED ABOUT THE NEXT CHAPTER AND HOW ITS GONNA CHANGE THAT DAY. IT DRAGS YOU OUT OF YOUR DEEP DARK WORLD AND EDUCATES YOU IN SELF MOTIVATION AND LIFE. THE BOOK DOESNT CHANGE YOUR LIFE - IT CHANGES HOW YOU VIEW IT AND THAT INSPIRES YOU TO EXPAND WHAT YOU DO AND HOW YOU DO IT. ANXIETY TO ME USED TO RULE MY HEAD AND THE FEAR OF IT EFFECTED EVERYTHING I DID, NOW I SEEK IT AS THE BOOK CLEARLY EXPLAINS THAT ANXIETY IS GOOD, HEALTHY AND NOT AT ALL SOMETHING TO FEAR BUT SOMETHING TO BE RECOGNISED FOR ITS TRUE MEANING, EXCITEMENT AND GROWTH. IT ALSO CHALLENGES YOUR PERSPECTIVES ON OTHER POEPLE IN YOUR LIFE. IMAGINE NOT WORRYING ALL THE TIME ABOUT OTHERS - THIS BOOK WILL SHOW YOU HOW IT IS POSSIBLE. IF YOUR LIFE IS A CYCLE OF UPS AND DOWNS THEN CONSIDER MEASURING THE TIME IT TAKES TO READ ONE BOOK TO ANOTHER YEAR OF UPS AND DOWN, IT IS SO WORTH READING. ITS MY LIFE BIBLE.
