5.0 out of 5 stars All the words, 29 Mar 1999
By A Customer
All the words. There need be no more said. This is a book full of all the words. All the words that ever mattered (besides, perhaps, some rather important ones, like "romanticism," "noradrenalin," and "trabecula," which, in fact, aren't included in this particular volume, but can be found in many other books). This amazing and comprehensive collection of the scripts of the first 23 Monty Python episodes is a must for anyone who wishes to own an amazing and comprehensive collection of the scripts of the first 23 Monty Python episodes.

5.0 out of 5 stars should be issued to every home in the country, 7 Feb 2002
By A Customer
If you love Monty Python then you need to get this book.
Containing scripts from the first and second series you can be a real die-hard fan and read along when the show in on TV!
Includes the classic Parrot Sketch and Lumberjack Song as well as my own personal favourite Upper Class Twit of the Year Awards.

5.0 out of 5 stars One for a desert island, 18 Jun 2001
By A Customer
Desert Island Discs gives the castaway The Bible and the Complete Works of Shakespeare. This should also be compulsory. The only book that I know that can make me cry with laughter whenever I pick it up, this is an absolute classic.

This book is nothing fancy, just the transcripts of Monty Python's Flying Circus. It had me in tears laughing so many times. If you're a Python fan, this is a must-have.
