5.0 out of 5 stars For all Linux security fans, 4 Dec 2001
By daniel.statescu@bigfoot.com (Bucharest, Romania) - See all my reviews
I bought this book when it was recommended to me by a friend. I work as a computer programmer but once or twice a month I have to administrate some Linux servers.

After using ipchains for some time, I needed to take advantage of the new iptables implemented in the new kernels. And this book is perfect for it.

Easy to read and very well documented. Like all SAMS :) books. Briefly, if you want to quickly get up-and-running a SECURE Linux server - you must have this book!
