1.0 out of 5 stars This book is about as far from a 'Dictionary as you can get!, 21 Feb 2001
By A Customer
A 'Dictionary' is supposed to provide descriptive meanings for words, in this case a brief summery is about all you get.

Most functions are explained in simple terms, and minimal explanation is given to syntax, with few examples. Download the PHP manual instead, which is more descriptive and free.
