My main goal in writing the book was to help those people who suddenly find themselves the "email" person in their organization. Through my many years of consulting and email systems management, I have seen too many people thrown to the lions needlessly. Your email administrator leaves the organization or you find yourself in charge of a Microsoft Exchange 5.5 installation project, it really doesn't matter.
