I found this book a very good introduction to the subject. It is a well written book. The narrative flows smoothly as she covers the different subjects. This is not a hands-on type of book, but rather a reading book. Because she explains what she is about to do, how she is doing it, and finally the outcome, this is the sort of book you can read on the sofa away from the computer. Contrary to it's title however, it did take me considerably longer than a week to read the book, but it has been an enjoyable experience. I highly recommend it!
