I'm really stunted by people who rates it highly. I read it back to back in one night. Try harder for one week to get usefull info. Nothing.

IF you lived in my country, I'm more than willing to dig it from trash box in the garage and send it to you - free.

For newbie, you can get higher rev RPM by crankin' up your printer - and print the man page & how-to.

This is the worst computer book I've ever read. It discusses rpm options without telling you how to invoke them. If you want to get lost in a thicket of "if only you knew the name, you wouldn't need to look it up," this is the book for you.

...Like the other reviewers, I have access to the online documentation, I find this book a very useful tool. It is very well written and easy to access, all the information you need is easy to locate and clearly presented. Without hesitation I strongly recommend this to anyone planning to work with rpms.
