5.0 out of 5 stars My Sweet Audrina, 6 Oct 2003
By Donna Baxter "book mad" (Merseyside) - See all my reviews
(REAL NAME)
This review is from: My Sweet Audrina (Paperback)
As soon as I picked this book up I couldn’t put it back down again, I read it in 2 days flat. The story was intense and I didn’t figure out what was going on till I well into the second half of the book. It just clicks and everything falls into place. Personally I found this the best Virginia Andrews book I have read and I have read most of the series’ I found that because this was a stand alone book it had a lot of excitement in it. Although I love Virginia Andrews’s books they can feel very dragged out and I don’t understand why we are suddenly on book 4 and going over the same things that we found out in the first book but with a different character. I advise any Virginia Andrew’s fan to read this book.

4.0 out of 5 stars Exciting and keeps your attention, I couldn't put it down, 29 Dec 2001
This review is from: My Sweet Audrina (Paperback)
I loved that book because it does not belong to a series so unlike a series we will be omniscient by the end of the story. Audrina is such an innocent girl, lives an ordinary life it seems for first. Then it turns out something is wrong in her life, she has flashbacks from the past wich are uncovering a terrible secret. If you want to read about love, misteries, and be involved in lots of adventures then you must read this!

5.0 out of 5 stars Widely recognized as one of the best VC Andrews novels, 10 Sep 2000
By A Customer
This review is from: My Sweet Audrina (Paperback)
This book, with its many twists and turns, is claimed by many to be equal to Flowers in the Attic. With jealous siblings, tragedies, and unhappy marriages, it set the precedent for later novels written by the ghostwriter...especially the Dawn and Ruby series. It is, unfortunately, the only Andrews novel not included in a series. A prequel or sequel would have been eagerly embraced by her fans.
