Brilliant!! It all seems so simple now................., 15 May 2001
By A Customer
As a junior manager currently studying an MBA I found this book to be invaluable. It gives you a framework for producing a sound decision making process that everyone can implement from the most junior to the most senior levels of your organisation. It takes nothing but common sense and an eye for the barriers to produce well executed decisions with sound justifications for your reasonings. I have already recommended this book to colleagues who have expressed an interest in this work.

Decide to buy this book., 13 Dec 2000
This book covers all the stuff you need to know without burdening you with arcane theory. If you want that you can look up the index, but if you wanted the broader picture here it is. A good decision process will provide the best chance of getting the desired outcome. There is no certainty, but by following the 10 rules you help your odds.
