Product Description

Synopsis

George Best is one of the most popular players in the history of English football who still draws the fans long after the end of his career on the pitch. In this book, he recalls the moments in his life that have given him the greatest pleasure, the loudest laughs, the banter, pranks and anecdotes that make up a life in football that is as high-spirited and fun-loving as it is successful. Managers, players, referees, and officials from all walks of the game and of course his beloved Manchester United from the Busby-Babes to Ryan Giggs feature in this affectionate look at football from one of the greatest and well-loved players the game has ever produced.

By A Customer
This book is inspiring and interesting, i couldnt put it down unitill i'd finished and i really wanted it to be longer when i'd finished because it was so fulfilling and made me grow to love my hero George Best even more because it feels as though i experenced what he went through. I would seriously advise people who love George Best to buy this book because you will come to apreciate him even more than before, i know i certainly did. Even if you dont love George then you will definatly love and idolise him after you have read it! Great books should never go unread!
