I read this book when I was 13 years old and have never forgotten it. It is still so clear in my mind that it is almost as if the story comes from my own memories. A book for every girl ..whatever age..to read and to cherish.

My grandmother read this book when she was younger. when my mom was around thirteen she received the book from my grandmother. When I turned twelve my mother passed the book on to me. I am only 19 but I have read that book over and over in the last seven years. And I continue to reread it during the hot summers of my sweet life. Jack and Angie have given me a little glimpse of what sweet unconditional love is all about.
