There are far far far better property books for London than this. I'd advise you to spend your money wisely and not make the mistake that I made of buying this book. Although convincing, the picture of London that this book portrayed before I moved here bears very little relation to the London I now know (having moved here).

I have found this book helpful in pinpointing areas of London for living, but fear that the prices quoted are often woefully inaccurate - this may be due to the recent housing boom.

On balance it is a well-written and useful reference tool, but should only be used as a rough guide to price differentials - an update is urgently needed.
