By A Customer
The initial reason I ordered this book was to help in my studies with a BSc Quantity Surveying Degree. Like all the other theoretical text books I have bought I envisaged that this one would go in to the dustbin with the rest of them when I had finished studying and had embarked on my career.

Two years down the line this is the one and only book that I have kept and to be quite honest, I would be lost without it.

The book very effectively deals with the type of problem that all QS's are faced with day in and day out within our work. The book tackles topics such as subcontract control, design liability and insurances, to name a few and tends to do so from varying angles.

In summary I see this book as an essential guide to the Quantity Surveyor in Construction whether working for a client, a main contractor or a subcontractor.
