Product Description

Review

"...It really is the best of the best, in terms of textbook design. Although it hasn′t made me want to be a haematologist, it has helped me understand what they do...It really is great, if you don′t believe me, pick it up and look yourself" Black Bag – Bristol Medical School Gazette/2000

"Haematology at a Glance is a valuable book for primary learning as well as for revision, and I am sure that I will refer to it for years to come. My grandfather, a retired GP, was also impressed by it, and wishes he had it when he was at medical school. Having this book to hand makes me feel less daunted at the prospect of my upcoming pathology finals. The multiple choice questions and case studies with feedback will be a good starting point for my revision. Preparing for finals is a stressful time for students, and books such as this are greatly appreciated." The Royal College of Pathologists Bulletin

4.0 out of 5 stars Easy to understand!!, 12 Oct 2003
By A Customer
Whilst studying I've found some books hard to understand and boring, this book however is a easy to understand, gives all the relevant information and brilliant summaries. Well worth buying if a trainee BMS or med student.

5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent Haematology Notes, 22 Jun 2005
This book covers the main areas of haematology well and is essential for trainee biomedical scientists and medical students alike. It is well written, concise, with lots of colour diagrams and tables.
