I ordered this book a few months ago before it was published, I was so excited when it arrived a few days ago. Firstly the book looks beautiful and it has the seal of approval from the coeliac uk charity which appears to be good. When you look inside and start making the recipes however, it is clear that there is nothing new. All the recipes use mainly brown rice flour. If you are a coeliac and have experimented with gluten-free cooking, you will know that the texture using mainly rice flour is inferior to a mixture of different gluten-free flours.
I was so disappointed as there is really nothing new here. You would be better off just using one of your existing books and changing the gluten containing flour to gluten-free because, it appears that that is all the author has done. Really disappointing.
