5.0 out of 5 stars Good all-round advice, 2 Feb 2009
This book provides good all-round advice on beating eczema symptoms. I like the fact that it looks at all of the factors that can contribute to eczema flare-ups, including stress and household cleaners etc. and how to minimise, or avoid them. There's also a selection of delicious recipes to suit eczema sufferers who suspect their eczema might be linked to an intolerance or allergy to wheat, dairy or citrus etc. However, the author sensibly points out that most sufferers will notice an improvement simply by following a balanced diet rich in vitamins, minerals and essential fatty acids.
