I finally took this out of my cabinet, a year after buying it! I have to say, that even though Yoga is 'trendy' at the moement - feeling sluggish was the real motivation behind me putting this video into use. I was not disappointed, Vimla is an excellent tutor, going through each move slowly.
My only criticisms are, that a few times during the moves, the camera focuses on the upper part of the body making it difficult to decipher the exact pose! Also Vimla's own 'Yoga Dance' seems a little out of place. I found I much prefered to stick to the various Yoga moves.

After a few uses, I found I felt more flexible with greater energy levels.

All in all, a good Yoga workout!

This video is fun and easy to follow but there are certain moves, particularly the yoga dance stuff, which don't feel like normal yoga and which make you feel a bit silly. Good for beginners and children as the moves are easy. If you want a serious yoga workout and some difficult power yoga moves look elsewhere.
