Product Description
From the Author
My name is Dan Bivens and I am the co-author, along with my long-time writing partner, Gerald James Seward, of this unique book.
Why do I call it "unique"? Two reasons: One, and the most obvious for those who buy it and begin reading, is the fast-paced, though detailed, "log entry" style of writing that let's you "see" and "feel" right along with each character. Two, this book is doing pretty well in various online bookstores and, as such, has already been turned into a first-draft screenplay for which a lead male, to play "Daniel Darkeye", has already been selected and has committed himself to the project by way of letter-of-intent.
He is one of the actors who will co-star in the upcoming STAR TREK spin-off on UPN called JOURNEY OF THE U.S.S. PHOENIX.
So, if you like fast-paced Sci-Fi action, but don't want to wade through 800-plus pages that seem to take forever OR if you are a fan of Sci-Fi movies and graphic novels, then you will no doubt enjoy this book.
But don't take my word for it, get a copy and see for yourself.
Thank you very much for your time and patronage.

PENTAGON'S OFFICIAL LOG 2254 A.D.
General Harker Armstrong reporting.
The following logs are an accurate though top-secret accounting of the adventures of Daniel Darkeye, Cyber hunter, along with his assistant, Raven Blackheart, and their on-going attempts to track down and destroy the A.I. virus.
The A.I. virus was the end result of the development of artificial intelligence...in the twenty-second century. Roughly a hundred years earlier.
Apparently, the A.I. virus was the polar opposite of the globally-accessible artificial intelligence.
It came to light for us in smaller cities and corporations using internet connections with artificial intelligence access, when some humans began exhibiting bizarre and murderous behavior...
The following (logs) will be their accounts (Daniel Darkeye and Raven Blackheart) as well as other individual eyewitness accounts...
End of General Harker Armstrong's report.

4.0 out of 5 stars Quite good, 31 Dec 2003
By Vincent (Leeds) - See all my reviews
Though it read more like a play or movie script, the book was still exciting and fun.

4.0 out of 5 stars This is more the type of science-fiction/cyberpunk I read, 3 Feb 2004
By Harold (London) - See all my reviews
Even though "A New Spring" by Robert Jordan is a very good book, this book, as well as Neal Stephenson books like "Snow Crash", are more the type of books I enjoy reading. Cyberpunk books. And as far as this one goes, it's a very light and fast-paced read.
