This book is an inspiring book that is filled with references from the bible. Which are all related to change and what are someof the things that we have to do to change. How to be more positive in our thinking. You will read a few stories of people that change some things in their lives, by making the right choice to change. Change is a decision made by an individual looking to improve. It is a good buy.

Read the first two chapters and just had to put the book down. NOT the best book on this subject by a long way. The nauseating biblical references almost had me turning to devil-worshipping, but I managed to hold myself back.

I read this book while indulging myself in a self-help phase. I have been reading some other motivational aids and confidence building magazines. However, I can't honestly recommend this book to anyone. It is an amateurish look at a subject which has often been hijacked by those looking to prey on the impressionable and make a quick buck. The editorial control is non-existent with numerous typos. The content left me feeling bewildered at the author's lack of knowledge about some basic details of the field. An overpowering sense of self-righteousness came through in the biblical quotes and proved an instant turn-off. Sorry to say, but a big thumbs down.
