Enter the magical world of the Fablesinger. A world filled with mystery and sorcery where a girl unsure of herself finds she has the potential to become a powerful woman, able to call upon the forces of nature in the blink of an eye. Add to this her predecessor an old woman waiting to hand over her powers to the new Fablesinger and a friendship is born, one that cannot last, because the old Fablesinger must give up her life in order for the new Fablesinger to take over. Also add to this an Obeah man who craves the Fablesinger's power and will do anything he can to get it and you have a battle between good and evil where there can only be one survivor...
