An excellent read. Exciting and humourous throughout, both pictures and text. I particularly liked the references to everyday objects such as the cereal bowl and the images these create for young children. This helps both to excite the young reader with the joy of books, motivate them to learn, and support a range of early reading strategies, crucial to the busines of 'learning to read'. I read it to a reception class and they loved it!
