5.0 out of 5 stars A really funny read., 8 Aug 2000
By A Customer
The Groovy Greeks is the better part of the book. They have some really fascinating facts about the way Greek doctors treated their patients. I wouldn't like to have been around in their time. The Rotten Romans section was good too especially the part about the Roman army's battle with Boadicea.

I bought this book to help me with my exams but it didn't. My exams weren't funny and didn't contain any jokes. Anton Smirnoff - aged 8
