This book really does take the weight off your mind, as it says on the front cover. It isn't some magical potion that rids you of all worries about yourself and your figure, but gives you facts to weigh and boosts your self-confidence. The terrific thing about it is that it doesn't make you feel you have to slim at all, but gives you many reasons to accept yourself as you are and feel confident with yourself. I think this book suits young teenage girls best, though older people (preferably female) may have a lot to learn from it also, but might find the style a bit too childish. Should be read several times, as not to forget its content!
