Product Description
Synopsis
I feel pretty insecure about Brad. I keep on wondering what he sees in me, he must be blind. When I look at other girls, I feel so certain that it won't be long before he leaves me for someone else. I'm gross. Just so fat it is unbelieveable. If I could lose weight then maybe I wouldn't lose him.

5.0 out of 5 stars A Realistic Tale Of Anorexia, 6 Jan 2001
By A Customer
I have suffered from anorexia, and read many fictional stories about it. This is the first book which I consider to be realistic; Jo binges sometimes, and finds it hard to resist food. She doesn't recover over night, as happens in many other stories. Whether you have experience of this type of problem or not, it is a book well worth reading.

5.0 out of 5 stars Unreal, 22 Dec 1999
By A Customer
ive never had an eating disorder so it would be quite easy for me to be totally unaware about how hard it would to cope with one. Even though it is a fiction book it seems to have given me a bigger understanding of what its like, it opens your eyes and makes you realise how lucky you really are.

5.0 out of 5 stars very moving and lifelike, 19 May 2002
By A Customer
in this story it is about a girl who is not happy with her self, and has illusioned herself into think that she is not perfect, she goes through many ups and downs during this story, some of which are quite shocking, it has a very well rounded off ending, which of course is a happy ending. I think that the people that would want to read this book is a teenager, or somebody that is feeling depressed with how they are, because then maybe this book could help them i some way.
