i havn't got my results back for my English Lit GCSE but i'm quietly confident.I got an a star in the mock on the revision of this book alone as it goes into all the questions posed by golding throughout the ingenious novel. i've used numerous guides and helpers but this is one of the best i've used. All you need to know...could do with a few more concise quotes though...so i'll give it 4.

A great study aid for anyone taking english at gcse level or anyone who has a general intereset in litrerature or golding. I found it was easy to read and was an useful aid for writing essays and answering real exam questions.

Although not allowed for the exam it is a great help to extend knowledge of the book and to understand the technical details of the book.

It's like the author sat in my english class and took notes from my lecturers notebook-it has all the answers for a grade A student yet incourages your own views and opinions which are vital for that A*.
