5.0 out of 5 stars Life changing for teachers, 19 Feb 2006
By A Customer
This book is fantastic for teachers who have been teaching for a few years and feel confident enough in the classroom to leave their coursebook behind and prepare lessons built from ideas related to their students real needs.

Sometimes we get so used to the old 'chalk and talk' and we know we need to get away from it, but we aren't sure how. This book gives so many solutions. If you are in a teaching routine, just pick up this book, and find a way to teach which will enlighten your students and also take some of the pressure off you.

It shows how to make task based activities which, despite needing preparation, will mean that your students are being mroe active in the classroom and learning themselves, rather than you feeding the information straight into their mouths.

To conclude, this book is clear and accessible to any TEFL teachers wanting to improve their lessons.
