By A Customer
We took our own area - Glasgow - the Real Ale side of which we know well - and came to the conclusion that it was completely out of date and if the level of accuracy was reflected in the rest of the UK the book would be a waste of money.
For Example:-
One of the pubs had shut2/3 years ago
another , we would not recommend to anyone since it was sold 3 years ago.
it misses out some of what have been considered Glasgow's best real ale pubs in the last few years ( see CAMRA's Good Beer Guide)

it does not mention Glasgow's only Brew Pub which won the Independant Pub of the Year in Scotland last year.
We could go on but credability has been lost by now and time is for drinking not moaning!!
