Synopsis

This text offers a personal approach to discovering the past. It aims to unlock inner stores of wisdom and knowledge. The intent is to develop and produce an ongoing "past life diary", through which to build a picture of experiences. The reader may piece together the jigsaw of the past to use in the future. The past represents a source of wisdom that may be used to resolve dilemmas in the reader's present life, and from which he or she may be able to discover facets of themselves. The book does not require that the reader believe in re-incarnation or past lives. Only that they feel a certain affinity with places and times, and that they recognize some validity in deja vu, premonition or intuition. Given this open mind, the author explores different methods of linking back to past experiences. These are individual and not to do with past life practitioners, regressionists or hypnotherapy. The methods are promoted as safe and can be attempted without training, even by total beginners.

This book is interesting especially for those who are into past lives and reincarnation. I read this book in my spare time, which was all of 2 days and I could not out it down. I got this book for the true life stories in it but what really got me was that Cassandra shows you and tells you how you delve into your past life from crystals to candles right down to using pendulums. I have a few books on past lives and by far this and Doreen virtues books are the best, I have a few other books by Cassandra Eason one of the being on tarot although I have not got round to reading yet I don't think I will put it down. This book really does deserve five stars.

I can't say I was inspired here, although I was possibly looking for something more explicit and deeper. Typical of this author,a pleasant style and easy to read. Interesting if starting out.
