About the Author
Gary Rhodes is one of Britains best-loved chefs. His success includes four Michelin stars - at the Castle Hotel in Taunton, Somerset, The Greenhouse, city rhodes and, most recently, Rhodes in the Square - and the prestigious CATEY Special Award, the catering industrys equivalent to the Oscars, for helping to revive British cookery and for his total dedication to the industry. He has presented six television series, including a cookery series for children based on Roald Dahls Revolting Recipes, and has written six other cookery books. As well as his two highly acclaimed London restaurants, Gary has recently opened two brasseries, Rhodes & Co, in Manchester and Edinburgh.
