I got this book to help me with my negotiation skills. This books has offered much much more. It deals with confidence, goal setting, being happy and being a better person... What this books does is look at your emotional intelligence and shows you ways of how to enhance them; because this is how you can be a better negotiator!! Very clever. It also uses some simple NLP techniques to improve your personnel skills.

It then goes into more detail about negotiating and some techniquics that you can use in the opening, during the deal and closing of the deal.

Get this book if you are just interested in improving your personnel skills and well being. Also get this book because negotiation is a skill that we can use in all parts of your life not just in business or making money deals.
