Product Description

Product Description

This volume features 100 of the best recipes from the BBC's popular television series - and equally popular chefs. It contains the pick of the recipes from recent series and features 11 TV chefs: Ross Burden, James Martin, Nick Nairn, Paul Rankin, Tony Tobin, Brian Turner, Phil Vickery, Lesley Waters, Kevin Woodford, Anthony Worrall Thompson - and, of course, Ainsley Harriott. The book is packed with dishes that reflect the energy and freshness of the show, and "healthy eating" recipes are highlighted.

The thing I like most about this is the fact you can get all the ingredients in your local supermarket. This means you can easily give all of the recipes a go and although some of them didn't work for me I have to say I was pleased with most.

A nice easy read with easy recipes and strongly recommended.
