A very useful revision guide, and in my opinion more useful and better laid out than the similar CGP one.

I bought this over other books because I had seen the BBC Bitesize programmes on television. I assumed, quite wrongly, that it would be more than suitable to gain me the top grades I deserved after two years of hard work. OK, lets be fair, this book does contain all the main points needed to answer a typical GCSE question. But, as we all know, there is no such thing as a "typical" question. I felt that the authors tried too hard to condense the course into brief points, so much so that they missed out far too many key areas and supplementary information - which perhaps is not required by the course, but impresses examiners all the same. I had to purhase additional revision aids to provide back up to a rather mediocre attempt by the BBC to move it's commercial arm into an area traditionally dominated by Letts and Collins. A note to the Beeb - nice try, but stick to your day job in future.
