Simple, easy to use, idiots guide to baking cakes! I defy anyone not to be able to make anything from this book. (And get it to look like the illustration)

It has simple instructions and clear pictures for every recipe. Including tips on substitutes; nutritional information and which cakes are good for freezing.

A book of good old fashioned cakes, suitable for all abilities. My family are enjoying the outcome of the book too!
