I just love this book. It is not only an excellent guide to cooking with exotic ingredients but also produces very delicious results. Before I bought this book, I used to be rather reluctant to use new ingredients, simply because I did not know anything about them. Sophie Grigson provides very interesting recipes with very unusual combination of ingredients but they always surprisingly taste wonderful.
