2.0 out of 5 stars Misleading measurement, 25 Nov 2001
Altough I am a good amateur cook! I tried two of his dishes but measurement was wrong and the taste was not satisfied at all. Also it is difficult to follow as it is not prepared step-by-step approach. I will buy Step-by-step one of his.
