5.0 out of 5 stars Four more Round the Horne episodes from series 1 and 3, 2 Dec 1999
By A Customer
Four complete shows from series 1 and 3 of that classic BBC radio comedy, Round the Horne: "The Spy Who Came In with a Cold" (first appearance of Chou-En Ginsberg), "Pirate Radio", part 3 of "The Muffplaster Saga", and "Traffic Wardens in Outer Space". The third is from series 3; the others are from series 1. "The Muffplaster Saga" is a series of 3 self-contained, independent sketches, so the show doesn't suffer from being separated from the two preceding episodes. Those of us not in the UK who are only familiar with the Transcription Services versions of these shows (which have about 5 minutes each cut from them) will rejoice to hear the full Light Programme versions. Sound quality is excellent. A must for Round the Horne fans.
