This book explained a lot, mainly the bodies inate ability to heal itself if you remove subluxations(incorrectly alined bones and joints)and return it to its natural state.

I trapped a nerve in my lower back 4 years ago, it never really healed and i was in terrible pain until i visited a Chiropracter (Morton Johanssen) in Oldham Manchester 12 months ago, i am now almost pain free.

Truely a life changing experiance and a great book.
