5.0 out of 5 stars A source of hope for OCD sufferers, 13 Dec 2002
By A Customer
This book has changed my life and has helped me to understand for the first time what OCD is. I now feel I am the long road to recovery and I read this book every morning and every night for support.

I strongly encourage every OCD sufferer to get this.

5.0 out of 5 stars More help was gained from this book than with any doctor., 28 Feb 1999
By A Customer
This review is from: Stop Obsessing (Paperback)
After our son was diagnosed with OCD we went from one doctor to another. This book actually gave us strategies we do in our family to help him. He is finally coming around to a more normal way of life and is getting a grip on knowing how to divert his thoughts away from his obessions.

4.0 out of 5 stars This book is OK but not as good as others I've read on the subject, 30 Aug 2009

(REAL NAME)
If you have OCD and have never read much about it, this book is good enough but I also bought 'Tormenting thoughts and secret rituals' written by Ian Osborn and found that to be far better and more sympathetic.
