I picked up this book recently at the bookstore. I must say that this is the best book written on using visualizations to heal yourself and can be used to heal others. The text is well written with drawings to make everything clear. The author gives exercises one can use to rid oneself of disease and maintain health. There are testimonials and documented cases of using visualization to cure illness and maintain health. I highly recommend this book.

Gerald Epstein's book, Healing Visualizations, provides a solid look at using visual imagery to combat all sorts of mundane to complicated ailments. The technique of visual imagery is easy to employ in one's daily living, and can easily be incorporated into one's life. One positive aspect of this book is that the author discusses everything at a level that the average reader can understand. I used visual imagery suggested by the author to help my daughter get over a bladder infection and myself to get over conjunctivitis.
